When I initially set up my web site, I went with the first host I could find.
Unfortunately, that first host was not Server101. I went through countless
problems just to get my site up on the web, followed by countless problems
keeping it up there. When I voiced my complaints, the response was, and I quote
directly, "If you don't like it, find another host."
So I did.
Recommended by an associate, I set up shop with Server101 and have been happy
since. I'd love to sing the accolades of Server101's Customer Service Dept.,
but, truth be told, I haven't needed them. Everything on this server has been
perfectly useful, comprehensible, and reliable, without exception.
Server101 has a customer for life.
