Server101 has an incredible service and the support to back it up. It is
drop dead easy to make a site, and if you have a question along the way a
real person is there to answer. Unlike seemingly every other service, I
have always received both a prompt and friendly reply to every inquiry. It
is rare to find such professional service in a web hosting company these
days.
Somehow they do all this at a price that is frankly impossible to compare to
for what you receive. I've been with them when our business was small, and
will stay as with them as we continue to grow larger.
I can only hope that enough people find these things out for themselves, and
keep Server101 in business for years to come...because I just can't see
hosting with anyone else.
