Martial is very quick to respond with all my silly questions. I don't know
when he sleeps.
The set-up is so easy that I host two sites with Server101. Especially the
tutorials, they helped me get an understanding of what I was doing, and I
started with no previous experience.
Overall the respond time for my service inquiries is what keeps me here, the
servers have only been down for one day(to my knowledge) in my two years.
