Before choosing a host, I researched a few sites. What sold me with Server101
was the excellent customer service. While another hosting site sent a
generic reply to my technical question, Server101's response time was
never more than 24 hours. I also received a custom response.
I particularly enjoy working with Martial Herbaut. If I have a question (and
I have had many) I reply directly to him. Even though their business is
halfway across the world from me, they seem like they could be just down
the street.
I am a web designer and I currently host 5 sites with Server101. I am
planning to add 2 more in the near future, including an e-commerce site.
